The project brings together in one location services for members of CoopeAnde Nº1 R.L. and the Magisterio Nacional, creating synergy between both institutions and optimizing customer service.

Inside, the design emphasizes transparency and visual connection with the outdoors, creating spacious, welcoming environments. A highlight is the coworking area for members — a versatile space that fosters collaboration, independent work, and productivity.

Every aspect of the interior design and layout was conceived to ensure accessibility, comfort, and a corporate image aligned with CoopeAnde’s values, strengthening its presence in the Guanacaste region.
