BNCR - Agencia Plaza Tempo
Developed by Grupo Agrisal as part of its Plaza Tempo project, this branch for Banco Nacional de Costa Rica translates the institution’s corporate identity into a calm, efficient interior. The plan organizes the customer experience around a clear sequence — open arrival area, a continuous line of teller stations along one side, and private offices discreetly screened by frosted glass toward the rear — with curved glass partitions at each teller resolving privacy without obstructing supervision or daylight.

The material palette is deliberately restrained: large-format polished dark tile, white walls and ceilings, and warm wood-paneled millwork at the teller line introduce tactile warmth where clients interact most directly with the bank. Continuous linear LED fixtures align with the floor grid to reinforce the room’s directionality, while HVAC and ceiling joints are coordinated to maintain an uninterrupted reading of the space — producing a compact, contemporary banking interior aligned with both BNCR’s brand and the retail character of Plaza Tempo
