CENTRO CORPORATIVO 100 CALLE BLANCOS
Located in Calle Blancos within an emerging industrial and technological corridor — facing the Amazon offices and the arterial route toward La Uruca, with the railway running along the rear of the site — the building is conceived as a contemporary landmark for a district in transition. Developed for the Samuel Foundation as an income-generating asset, the project translates the foundation’s institutional presence into a clear, restrained architectural language.

The principal façade is organized around a regular structural grid, animated by a series of tilted modules that introduce depth, shadow, and visual rhythm to an otherwise disciplined composition. This subtle variation gives the building a recognizable identity along the corridor without breaking from its civic, office-building character.
Toward the rear, the volume responds to the urban edge of the railway with a stepped, progressively setback profile: each upper floor recedes from the one below, generating private terraces for the tenants and a slightly skewed silhouette that softens the building’s mass against the surrounding low-rise fabric. Together, the two façades form a single, legible gesture — formal toward the avenue, sculpted toward the neighborhood.
