ABOUT US

Design transforms peoples life

ICESA is a Costa Rican architecture and engineering firm with over five decades of continuous practice. We develop consultancy in architecture, engineering, urban design, and landscape — from conceptualization through construction inspection and economic feasibility assessment.

Each project is an opportunity to generate a precise response to the client’s specific problem: an image and identity built through architecture, coherent with their mission and goals. The diversity of formal and spatial responses that characterizes our work is not casual — it is the direct result of listening carefully to each client and each site.

ICESA integrates professionals from different disciplines into its practice, through alliances with specialized firms or through direct incorporation into the team. Each project combines the experience accumulated over our trajectory with the energy and ideas of our most recent members.
